Ghazaleh joined SDCL London in May 2023.

Prior to joining SDCL, Ghazaleh was a Manager in the financial services strategy and consulting division of Accenture UKI, specialising in delivering complex systems and business change within global customer-centric and regulatory driven transformation programmes. Within these roles, she led and managed projects across the full delivery lifecycle from strategy articulation, programme mobilisation,  implementation and transition to BAU.

Ghazaleh started her career at KPMG on the management consulting graduate scheme advising defence, media and consumer goods clients on their financial strategy and transformation activity.

Ghazaleh holds a BA(Hons) in Middle Eastern Studies & Arabic from the University of Exeter and the Chartered Banker Diploma from the Chartered Banker Institute.
