Philip Doyle is Co-Fund Manager of the Green Energy Solutions Fund (GESF) and Managing Director of its Dublin Office.
Phil has over 20 years of experience in energy transition and infrastructure investment in over 30 countries. Most recently he headed up the team for AMP Capital which managed the c.€750M Irish Infrastructure Fund (IIF), where he was responsible for leading the fundraising, investment, asset management and asset sales and delivered the fund’s successful exit of all assets and return of capital in 2023.
Prior to this, Phil held senior management positions with ESB, the Ireland-based power utility and Econergy International, where he advised the World Bank Group, the United Nations and other multilateral/bilateral development banks and agencies on the creation of financing mechanisms which promoted energy efficiency, renewable energy and carbon emission reduction projects.
