Maite joined SDCL in 2024 and is an Associate on SDCL’s Private Equity team, focusing on growth equity investments in energy efficiency.

Prior to joining SDCL, Maite worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company for over 5 years, where she was dedicated to commercial due diligence and M&A. Maite holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with a focus on Climate Finance
