Ben joined SDCL in January 2025 as an Associate in the Investment Team to focus on originating and executing energy efficiency and distributed energy opportunities.

Prior to joining SDCL, he was an M&A and debt financial advisor at Green Giraffe Advisory, a global leader in energy transition-focused financial advisory. There, he worked on transactions spanning renewable energy, energy storage, transmission, and power-to-X technologies (including green hydrogen and its derivatives) across Europe and North America.

Ben began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at C-NERGY Global Holdings, a full-service investment banking and advisory firm based in Africa. In this role, he contributed to various transactions across infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ashesi University.”
