Denis joined SDCL in 2021 and is responsible for the origination and execution of energy efficiency and clean energy investments. Denis has over 10 years’ international finance and investment experience completing private equity and venture capital transactions, initial public offerings, and energy transition project investments. Denis has also worked in Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Consultancy.

Denis holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Limerick and has completed a Professional Diploma in Financial Advice (QFA) with the Institute of Banking.
