Kate joined SDCL in November 2024.

As a HR Operations Manager, Kate provides HR support across the whole business together with a focus on standardisation and establishing best practice and processes. Kate has over 20 years’ experience working in Human Resources.

Kate is CIPD qualified and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies.
