Leila joined SDCL in November 2024.

Before SDCL, Leila founded Breakin’ Form Production company, she produced impactful independent films and documentaries which has been significant in bringing an outside and fresh perspective to financial services, where she began as Director of Film Production for Gower Consultancy.

Whilst at Gower she worked with clients like Blue Horizon, Advent International, Carlyle, Hosking Partners and SDCL, which enabled her to merge communication goals with creative storytelling, driving engagement and loyalty.

Known for her skill in communication strategy, team leadership, and creative direction, Leila’s unique perspective brings fresh, powerful narratives to the finance sector. Leila holds a BA in Photography and Philosophy. Her passion is in her old 1980’s Peugeot road bike, cold water swimming and street photography.
