Tamsin is Director of SEEIT Fund Management and Investor Relations at SDCL, bringing extensive experience to strengthen investor engagement and build deep stakeholder relationships. Tamsin joined in June 2024 from Accellency, where she was a Partner advising clients on strategic investor relations across private equity, venture, private credit, real estate, long/short equity, and impact investing strategies.

Prior to Accellency, Tamsin was responsible for strategic communications and investor relations for investment trusts and a private equity portfolio at Pollen Street Capital, and spent almost a decade at Marshall Wace, a leading global hedge fund specialising in long/short equity. Whilst at Marshall Wace, Tamsin built out the investor relations and communications capabilities for an innovative global direct lending strategy that successfully raised c. £1bn of assets and traded as a FTSE 250 company.

Tamsin holds a bachelors in International Relations from the University of Sussex after attending the United World College of the Atlantic in South Wales.
