Valerie is the Managing Director for HR at SDCL, covering all of its operations across the UK, Ireland, the US and Asia. Valerie joined SDCL in April 2021 with a wealth of HR experience across all disciplines.

Valerie is CIPD qualified with over 20 years’ experience within the Financial Services and Professional Services sectors operating in HR Lead, Senior Business Partner, Senior HR Consultant and Specialist HR roles. Former roles include Accenture, Lehman Brothers, Lehman Brothers (in administration) and TPICAP.
