Yuhan joined SDCL in October 2023. She works as an Analyst in the Portfolio Management team based in London.

Prior to her tenure with SDCL, Yuhan was a Senior Associate at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) within the Alternative Asset Advisory and Portfolio Valuation practice. She specialized in the valuation of business, infrastructure, private equity, venture capital, and private debt, among others. Notably, she covered illiquid assets across sectors such as Renewable Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Social Infrastructure, Data Centre, Industrials etc. She was also involved in fairness opinions, restructurings, and M&A transactions.

Yuhan is a CFA charterholder. She holds dual master’s degrees in Business Management from EDHEC Business School and Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Yuhan is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in finance at EDHEC Business School, with focuses on sustainable investment and ESG disclosure in private market.
